Texas home 01

This home in Texas sees wood and concrete work together to make a home for a family of three.

The walls are made from concrete, and wooden elements are used to separate the grey, with a wooden ceiling, and wooden gates and doorframes.

A large concrete fireplace is the only thing separating the living room and the dining room; while the kitchen is open-plan allowing for plenty of space for entertaining.

The house has a large guest bedroom with its own ensuite, and the master bedroom opens onto the back patio.

On top of the garage, a rooftop dining area has been designed to expand the homes outdoor space.

The house was designed by Craig McMahon Architects.
