The first Zaha Hadid-designed Penthouse is up for Sale for $50 million
When Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid died in March this year, her first NYC residential apartment building was already in full swing.
Now the completion date is looming closer and sections of the building are being put on the market.
The five-bedroom triplex penthouse worth $50 million seems to the most popular of interest.
The penthouse is 6855-square-feet and features a master suite with a private balcony.
While still under construction, the building will have Hadid’s signature flair for sleep, contemporary aesthetics.
The building itself includes a 75-foot-long pool and a gym, along with a spa featuring a cold plunge pool, waterfall showers, a sauna, a steam room, lounges, and massage treatment beds. The building also boasts a private 12-seat IMAX screening room.
