Property Council contributing to urban growth, recognised with annual Property Council Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards

Property Council represents property industry in New Zealand

A strong commercial property industry supports an increasing population and can attract the long-term investment necessary for economic growth and development. And there's no doubt the industry is stronger when it stands together.

Property Council's role as a not-for-profit membership organisation is to bring people together as one voice with a clear message: release the handbrake on growth.

The organisation provides members with knowledge, leadership and a platform for new business and networking through its events programme around the country. This gives people access to an exciting convergence of ideas, information and connection.

Property Council proudly recognises the significant contribution members make to our cities and regions with the annual Property Council New Zealand, Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards. This year Wellington's Clyde Quay Wharf project took out the Supreme Award.
