With their contemporary design and upmarket furnishings, the new Oceania apartments in Milford are fully equipped for the high life
While apartment living is growing in popularity, today's apartment buyers are looking for something a little different. It may be a special architectural feature, a boutique development or an exceptional location – or maybe a combination of all three.
The new Oceania apartments in Frieston Rd, Milford were designed to fulfil such a brief. Developed by Trends Group Ltd and designed by Francis Co Architects and Martin Hughes Architecture Interiors, the apartments have been built for comfort and security. It's the attention to detail, however, that will appeal to homeowners, says Trends Group director Kourosh Koshko.
"Right from the outset, we planned for a high standard of specification," he says. "For example, the apartments all have Cavalier Bremworth 100% wool carpet, closed-circuit television security and fully equipped granite kitchens. The atrium entrance has a dramatic water feature."
The 14-apartment complex includes two- and three-bedroom homes and a luxury penthouse. All the apartments are north-facing, and each has its own private courtyard or balcony.
Koshko says the Oceania apartments feature the Vent-Clad double-walled cavity construction designed to avoid any problems with leaks.
The location is also a drawcard, close to beaches, cafés, shops and sports facilities.
