Timber flooring throughout the kitchen and dining area is in keeping with the home's modern yet casual, beach-side feel. To ensure the flooring is also hard-wearing and easy to maintain, the designers chose Tarkett pre-finished wooden flooring from Jacobsen Creative Surfaces.

Tarkett flooring is finished with Proteco lacquer, a scratch-resistant finish which needs no sanding or polyurethane coating. It can be laid quickly and easily over most sub-floor surfaces.

For the bathrooms, Jacobsen supplied Bisazza glass mosaic tiles from Italy, along with Viva Stripe wall tiles, Viva Brick Nero and Grigio floor tiles, from its wide range of ceramic tiles.

In the kitchen, white Granit 90 has been supplied by Jacobsen for the island benchtop. Manufactured in Italy, this composite product is non-porous, heat-resistant and hard-wearing, with the appearance of granite and a deep shine.
