A variety of housing options and raft of public amenities make the Addison residential development a community with heart

Community first

Together with the diverse range of houses offered at Addison comes a variety of cabinetry layouts.

Hostess Joinery designed, built and installed all the kitchen, bathroom and laundry joinery for the development, says managing director Peter Clarke.

"The house designs offer a strong sense of individuality, and our work on this project reflects this. As well as creating cabinetry for the various house styles, we also provided custom adjustments off site, ensuring final on-site installation went smoothly," he says. "The client also wanted high-end joinery throughout, and our product reflects this, right down to the use of moisture-resistant board and German company Hettich drawer runners and hinges."

Hostess Joinery operates an integrated design and manufacture service out of premises it has occupied since 1975. But a long-term location doesn't mean Hostess Joinery is growth or technology shy.

"Our design team recently upgraded to the latest version of Cabinet Vision, a hi-tech joinery package," he says. "Our facility's new Italian flatbed machinery means we can handle everything from large developments to one-off home fit-outs anywhere in the greater Waikato and Auckland areas."
